Veronica is passionate about promoting mind and body wellness and works holistically and collaboratively with her clients to bring about positive lasting change. Along the way strengths and resources become evident and self-confidence grows”.
Veronica applies the most effective therapeutic techniques to get the best possible results for her clients. Working with adolescents and adults, Veronica’s approach is a unique leader and professional – bringing together more traditional based therapies i.e. Cognitive, behavioural, schema, and relational with mindfulness based, solution-focused, and strength based approaches such as positive psychology.
Veronica’s areas of expertise and experience is helping her clients to overcome mind health concerns such as anxiety and depression; in changing limiting beliefs and behaviours; in helping clients heal after a loss; or in supporting clients through a transition period or a major life change. Clients learn valuable life skills and practical tools which nurture and maintain emotional, psychological, physical and social wellness.
For Veronica the most important and enjoyable part of her work is assisting clients to make positive lasting change and providing a service that is tailored to what they need. You can expect to explore your unique needs in a safe, comfortable and respectful environment marked by interest, creativity, and responsiveness. In her own time Veronica enjoys keeping fit and spending quality time with family and friends.
